    From there, you can choose a session style that suits you:

    Philosophy:


    Andrea believes that healing happens through safe, genuine human connection. She sees the counselling relationship as a collaborative partnership where clients feel heard, respected, and supported rather than judged or “fixed.” Her role is to create a calm and grounded space where people can slow down, explore their experiences, and reconnect with their inner strength and self-understanding.


    With a warm and relational approach, Andrea integrates evidence-based counselling with nervous system awareness, empathy, and practical tools that support meaningful change. 

    Working alongside clients at a pace that feels safe, helping them build emotional resilience, develop healthier boundaries, and move toward clarity and confidence.


    At the heart of her philosophy is a simple intention: to ensure every client feels understood, supported, and less alone as they move toward greater wellbeing and a life aligned with their values.

    Philosophy:


    True wellbeing comes from caring for both the body and the mind, and lasting change happens when these two work together. This approach combines personalised counselling with movement-based support, helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more balanced in every part of their life.


    Counselling meets individuals where they are, in environments that feel safe and comfortable; whether walking, outdoors, in the gym, or at home. Through conversation and practical guidance, clients are supported to explore challenges, build resilience, and develop habits that serve both mind and body.


    Personal training is offered as a standalone practice as well, focusing on strength, fitness, and overall physical health. Training sessions are tailored to individual goals, abilities, and lifestyles, whether in the gym, at home, or outdoors. This provides an empowering path to improved fitness, confidence, and wellbeing; helping clients move stronger, feel healthier, and live with more energy and balance.


    When counselling and personal training are combined, they create a powerful synergy: movement supports mental clarity and emotional balance, while conversation fosters insight, reflection, and resilience. Together, this holistic approach encourages growth at a natural pace, cultivating lasting health, confidence, and quality of life.

    Travel-to-You Counselling


    We offer a flexible travel-to-you counselling service within our local region, meeting clients in environments where they feel most comfortable. Our standard service area covers up to 20km of our local service region.


    Sessions outside this area may be available by arrangement and may incur an additional travel fee based on distance and time.
